Terms and Conditions - T&C

1. *Purchase Contract:* By purchasing our immigration travel package, the client accepts the terms and conditions established by the GoMig.co SAS brand. This contract is considered binding once the corresponding payment is made.

2. *Package Contents:* The travel package includes the services detailed in the description provided by the GoMig.co SAS brand in the quote and/or invoice. Any additional service not specified must be agreed in writing and may be subject to an additional cost.

3. *Reservations and Payments:* To confirm the reservation, the client must make the corresponding payment according to the conditions established by the GoMig.co SAS brand. Payments may be made according to the payment options offered.

4. *Modifications and Cancellations:* Due to the discounts applied to travel reservations, once the reservation has been issued it cannot be modified or cancelled, and there are no refunds. Any change in the travel itinerary of the reservation that incurs an additional expense after its issuance or that is not within the description of the travel package purchased, will be the direct responsibility of the client with the airline. Flights may be issued with a stopover route or direct, depending on availability at the time of issuing the travel reservation.

5. *Responsibility:* The GoMig.co SAS brand is not responsible for changes and/or cancellations by airlines as well as changes and/or cancellations by the client once the travel package has been delivered. Likewise, it is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries or expenses incurred during the trip. It will also not be responsible for the autonomous decisions made by the authorities or immigration agents of each country, whether at a stopover or final destination.

6. *Documentation:* It is the client's responsibility to have the necessary documentation to travel, such as passports, visas, financial solvency or other required documents. The GoMig.co SAS brand will not be responsible for problems arising from the lack of adequate documentation by the client. With the acquisition of the package, the GoMig.co SAS brand will provide the minimum necessary documentation required by authorities or immigration agents such as travel insurance, travel tickets, hotel reservations and tourist itinerary.
